The Legend of the Terroco Knight

Every great company has a symbol that reflects its core values. For Terroco, the Knight embodies the principles that define us.

Since Mr. Terry O'Connor founded Terroco in Stettler, Alberta, in 1973, the Terroco Knight has been present at every stage of our journey. From a single hot oil unit built through determination and hard work, Terroco has grown into a vertically integrated group serving customers across Canada's energy, industrial chemical, transportation, and infrastructure sectors.

Over the decades, the Knight has become more than a logo. It now stands for resilience, ingenuity, and the entrepreneurial spirit that drives our company. As Terroco evolved, we formally trademarked the Knight to ensure it remains a lasting symbol across the industries we serve.

In chess, the Knight is unique. It moves in unconventional ways, creating opportunities where none seem to exist. This philosophy defines Terroco. We believe the best solutions aren't always obvious; they come from experience, innovation, and the confidence to think differently. Every employee who wears the Terroco Knight upholds this legacy by working with integrity, solving complex challenges, and always staying one step ahead.

For over five decades, the Knight has represented who we are. More importantly, it symbolizes our future and carries our values forward.
