It's a classic entrepreneurial origin story: Mr. Terry O'Connor created our original trademarked logo in 1973 on a notepad with a ballpoint pen in Stettler, Alberta. Next, he financed his first hot oil unit, got the logo hand-painted on the side and set out to work harder than anyone else.
